SUMMARY:Time Echoes
DESCRIPTION:For London Experience Week 2026\, Senzomi founder and CEO Tom Middleton brings Time Echoes to the iconic Ministry of Sound\, transforming The Box into a powerful\, multi-sensory environment for deep immersive listening. \nDesigned for one of the world’s most renowned club sound systems\, the experience harnesses the full physicality of sound – where low frequencies are not only heard\, but felt throughout the body. \nCombined with dynamic ceiling-based lighting\, Time Echoes unfolds as a journey across at least three senses: sound\, light\, and vibration. \nSpanning vast scales of time and perception\, the work moves from the foundational rhythms of the Earth – including the Schumann Resonance – through elemental forces\, environmental soundscapes\, and the emergence of life\, from the smallest detectable vibrations to complex acoustic ecologies\, before arriving at human expression and collective resonance. \nSound expands and contracts in scale – from vast\, awe-inspiring forces to intimate\, near-field detail – inviting the audience into a heightened state of awareness through deep listening and full-body interoception. \nIn its final movement\, the boundary between system and audience dissolves\, as participants are invited to contribute their own voice\, creating a shared field of resonance that completes the journey. \nTime Echoes at Ministry of Sound is not a performance. \nIt is a fully embodied experience of sound\, vibration\, and connection.

SUMMARY:How the First Immersive Show on Indian Mythology Came to Life
DESCRIPTION:In this keynote\, Samit Garg (E-Factor Experiences Ltd) and Ludovica Arci (SARAVÁ Immersive) unpack SHIVA – a 20\,000 sq ft multisensory\, 360-degree immersive environment that blends projection architecture\, spatial sound\, atmospheric effects and VR into a spiritually charged narrative journey. \nMore than spectacle\, SHIVA was designed as scalable cultural infrastructure – commercially operational\, modular and export-ready. \nThis session explores how myth\, technology and audience psychology converge to create strong emotional impact\, and why the future of immersive storytelling lies not in scale alone\, but in what stays with you once you step outside the door. \nAnd above all\, this is a story of collaboration\, belief\, and courage – of how conviction and faith can transcend international boundaries\, unite diverse minds\, and bring people together to create something that may not be culturally central to both\, yet profoundly meaningful to one. \nKey takeaways: \n\nHow to design immersive experiences that create lasting emotional residue\nHow to merge cultural depth with cutting-edge technology seamlessly\nHow to structure scalable\, commercially viable immersive IP\nPractical frameworks to elevate your own large-format experience design

SUMMARY:The Transformation Economy
DESCRIPTION:Session description to come. \n  \n\n  \nAbout The Transformation Economy \nFrom the author who defined the Experience Economy comes the next big shift: the Transformation Economy. \nA fundamental economic shift is emerging. Goods\, services—even memorable experiences—are no longer enough to attract and keep your customers. Customers are clamoring to change\, eager to reach their aspirations and to become better versions of themselves. \nWelcome to the Transformation Economy. \nTo truly compete in today’s marketplace\, enterprises must create transformative experiences that guide customers to achieve their aspirations\, whether that’s improving well-being\, increasing prosperity\, developing knowledge\, or finding purpose. These aspirations speak to customers’ greatest desires\, their dreams for the future\, and their conceptions of who they are and who they strive to be. \nIn this book\, bestselling author B. Joseph Pine II builds on his iconic work on the Experience Economy to explain what this new shift means for companies looking to stand out and gain competitive advantage. Using examples from organizations across industries\, including Noom\, Symplany\, Hydrafacial\, London Business School\, and Johnnie Walker Whisky\, Pine provides practical\, proven frameworks for organizations to design\, create\, and guide transformative offerings that help customers reach their greatest aspirations and flourish over the long term.

SUMMARY:Creating Behavioural Impact Through Multisensory Experiences
DESCRIPTION:What does a brand feel like? As immersive experiences evolve\, there’s a growing shift from simply showing a brand to creating something people can physically and emotionally connect with. In this session\, Rob Paul (LCI Productions) explores how multisensory experiences are driving this change\, reshaping how visitors engage with and connect to experiences. \nBy engaging all five senses taste\, touch\, scent\, sight and sound brands can move beyond abstract messaging to create experiences that are tangible\, memorable and deeply personal. \nKey takeaways: \n\nHow multisensory storytelling can drive emotional and behavioural impact.\nWays to translate brand identity into physical\, immersive environments.\nBalancing narrative\, interactivity and consistency in live experiences.\nUsing personalisation and memory triggers to influence engagement.\nNavigating creative and logistical challenges in high-value environments.

DESCRIPTION:Guests aren’t returning. Merchandise isn’t moving. Social buzz fades fast. Your experience is impressive\, but it’s simply not transformative. \nThis talk breaks down the non-negotiables of transformative experiences — the narrative fundamentals that turn one-time visitors into loyal advocates. \nLearn how a clear message; defined guest role; and accessible\, intentional design work together to drive emotional impact\, repeat visitation\, and organic marketing. \nThis session offers practical tools for use during development to help create experiences that stick — long after guests leave the venue. \nKey takeaways: \n\nA clear set of narrative elements to help build a transformative experience that drives return visits\, merchandise sales\, and social sharing.\nPractical ways to define what the guest is doing in the experience — and why that clarity increases emotional investment and memory.\nExamples of small narrative changes that significantly increase perceived value\, engagement\, and shareability without increasing scope.

SUMMARY:DEEP STORY: A Complete Guide to Creating Transformational Visitor Attractions
DESCRIPTION:For the past twenty years\, brand homes\, museums and other visitor centers have poured millions into making their experiences more immersive and entertaining. But according to Bob Rogers\, this isn‘t enough. \nIn his forthcoming book\, DEEP STORY; A Complete Guide to Creating Transformational Visitor Attractions\, Bob shows how the next higher level of visitor experience achieves true transformation—not better temporary engagement or entertainment\, but a true change in the visitors’ actions and lives. Guests who came looking only for something fun to do for 90 or so minutes\, come away thinking and acting differently. They are more attracted to the sponsor’s brand and products\, or more attracted to the museum’s subject. And that difference is lasting. \nIn this session\, Bob gives a preview of his forthcoming book\, DEEP STORY\, and will discuss what transformation can really mean for brand homes\, museums\, and other visitor centers\, why most visitor centers and museums are too often achieving only momentary impact\, and how they can permanently connect their subject or brand with the departing visitor’s identity. \n——– \nDEEP STORY; A Complete Guide to Creating Transformational Visitor Attractions\nIf you seek to change the world\, permanently and measurably\, by increasing your visitors’ interest in your subject or your brand\, this book is for you. \nDEEP STORY is an expert practitioner’s guide to the creation of truly transformational exhibits and visitor experiences that millions of people remember and treasure. Examples of these attractions can be found at many locations around the world\, such as the Johnnie Walker Experience on Princes Street in Edinburgh\, the Las Vegas Raiders’ Allegiant Stadium Tour\, Jameson Bow St in Dublin\, and the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum. \nThey transform visitors into lifelong fans of a brand\, a team\, a country\, or a subject. The stories in this book are drawn from decades of the author’s experience creating transformational attractions. They show leaders and creators how to combine scholarship\, showmanship\, and salesmanship to do more than entertain or inform. \nMore than merely sending a message or creating awareness\, experiences powered by DEEP STORY seek to permanently lead visitors to see differently\, act differently—to become different. As visitor’s identities are changed\, so are their subsequent actions. \nDEEP STORY; A Complete Guide to Creating Transformational Visitor Attractions\, will be officially released September 8\, 2026. SUMMARY:Roundtable: Everyone's Invited? Why Accessibility Is A Creative & Commercial Advantage - Not A Constraint
DESCRIPTION:Full guest list to come. \nPlease come along and join in the debate with our expert panel. \n\nTitle: Everyone’s Invited? Why Accessibility Is A Creative & Commercial Advantage – Not A Constraint \nA Business of Experience Roundtable \nHost: Christopher Morrison (Vita Nova) \nDescription: \nAccessibility is often treated as compliance. A checklist. A cost. But the best experience creators are starting to treat it as a design unlock – one that improves experiences for everyone. \nFrom audio design to spatial navigation\, from neurodiversity to physical access\, accessibility is no longer a niche consideration. It’s a creative frontier. \nKey Questions: \n\nWhat does “accessible by design” actually look like in practice?\nWho is doing accessibility well\, and what can we learn from them?\nHow can accessibility improve the core experience\, not just expand the audience?\nWhere are we unintentionally excluding people\, and why does that matter commercially?\nHow do you design for neurodiversity\, sensory sensitivity\, and invisible disabilities?\nWhat are the most common mistakes teams make when trying to be accessible?\nHow do you balance accessibility with creative intent?\n\nWhat You’ll Come Out Of This Roundtable With: \nA clearer understanding of how accessibility can improve both the quality and reach of your experiences – and practical ways to embed it into your design process\, your commercial design\, and your marketing.

SUMMARY:Unbuilt: What We Can Learn From Our Most Precious Projects
DESCRIPTION:This workshop is about featuring unbuilt experience projects – from the famous like Walt Disney’s failed Mineral King ski resort in the Sierra Nevada Mountains to the hidden like the Turner Entertainment Experience that was killed by the AOL merger with Time-Warner. \nKey takeaways: \nPeople will learn lessons from unbuilt projects\, including the history of the experience industry\, why projects fail (and it’s not always because of ROI) and most importantly\, that there are no previous ideas because often times the timing just isn’t right.\n  \n  \n

SUMMARY:Invitation To Play: How Gaming Experiences Drive Fandom
DESCRIPTION:Today’s guests don’t just want to be entertained – they want to play with the worlds they love. \nFrom Netflix House to year-round horror attractions\, the most talked‑about brands are borrowing straight from gaming: multi-level engagement\, shared missions\, and communities that feel more like squads than audiences. \nIn this session\, we’ll show how gaming principles – honed in live experiences like Brawl Stars: Welcome To Starr Park – can transform any attraction\, pop‑up\, or touring experience into a living fandom engine. \nYou’ll learn how to design moments that invite guests to play together\, not just pass through\, and how to measure success in terms of belonging\, not just bodies through the door. \nCome ready to steal from gaming in the best way possible. \nKey takeaways: \n\nA Multi‑Level Engagement Map\nA plug‑and‑play framework to design for casual guests\, engaged fans\, and super-fans in the same experience—so there’s always a next level to climb.\nA Shared Experiences Toolkit\nPractical prompts to answer “What do our guests actually do together?” and turn passive scenes into memorable\, co-created moments people talk about later.\nAn Actionable Pilot Plan\nA clear first step for testing these ideas in your next event\, pop‑up\, or touring experience—without needing a blockbuster budget or a total redesign.

SUMMARY:Positivity as a Strategy: How Pinterest Is Redefining Experiences
DESCRIPTION:The most memorable experiences aren’t just well-designed; they happen in the right emotional environment. And for brand and experience leaders and operators\, the platform is part of the experience. \nWe know from behavioural science that emotional context shapes everything: how audiences process what they encounter\, what they retain\, and how they respond to the brands they meet along the way. \nThe environment is not neutral. It is doing work – either for you or against you. \nPinterest has built something rare: a platform where people arrive with intention\, in an open and aspirational state of mind. Positivity by design isn’t a tagline but is a deliberate set of product\, policy\, and cultural decisions that shape every interaction on the platform. \nIn this exclusive in-conversation session\, behavioural scientist Lea Karam opens with a short provocation on emotional architecture: why the context surrounding an experience is as powerful as the experience itself\, and what the science tells us about how positive environments change human behaviour and recall. \nLea then interviews Pinterest’s MD Caroline Orange-Northey on stage for a frank\, expansive conversation about what it looks like to build a platform around inspiration\, discovery and positivity – and what experience designers\, brands\, and operators can take from it. \nA conversation on positivity by design\, emotional architecture\, and what happens when a platform puts human experience first; you won’t want to miss this.
