Is there a networking solution?
Yes! We’re making it even easier to make the connections that lead to collaborations and work at London Experience Week – with MeetToMatch – a new networking tool for booking meetings with other attendees and speakers before you arrive.
Read this for detailed guide on how it works and how to get started.
When will speakers be announced and when will I hear back?
By mid-March if not earlier!
Are there scholarships or special discounts available?
WXO members receive $200 off their Full Week or Summit-Only ticket and $100 off Day Tickets. If you’re a member, simply apply your member discount code* when purchasing your ticket.
*you can find the code in our community platform
How do I become a WXO member?
To become a member, please apply via the World Experience Organization website.
We ask everyone to submit an application because we review each one individually. This helps us curate the right mix of people and maintain the energy, values, and sense of community that make the space special.
Bottom line: if you care about making better experiences that make more money and/or make the world a better place, you’re in.
Do you have a recommended hotel?
Yes! We’ve partnered with The Hoxton, Southwark as the official LXW Hub Hotel.
We asked our LXW Co-Creators to vote on their favourite hotel close to Ministry of Sound, our central venue, and The Hoxton was the clear choice. It’s located in central London and within easy walking distance of the Summit venue, making it a practical base for the week.
LXW attendees can access a 20% discounted rate at The Hoxton during London Experience Week (20-24 April). The discount applies to the hotel’s best available rate during this period.
The booking deadline for the discounted rate is 6 April. April is a busy time in London and The Hoxton is a popular hotel, so we recommend booking as early as possible to secure a room.
The discount code will be emailed to you upon ticket purchase and can also be found in our community platform.
Can I apply my member discount after purchasing a ticket?
Member discounts must be applied at the time of purchase, so please make sure you’ve entered your member code before checking out..
Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable, but you do have a couple of options if your plans change.
1. Roll over to next year
You can roll your ticket over to London Experience Week next year, keeping the same price you paid this year.
2. Transfer your ticket
You’re also welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Just make sure the transfer is completed and the WXO team receives the new attendee’s details before 6 April, because we finalise attendee lists and materials after this date.
Please note that certain tickets were sold specifically for WXO members or past attendees. Co-creator tickets can only be transferred to someone who would have been eligible for that ticket type at the time of purchase.
How do I find my invoice/receipt/ticket?
You should have received an email from World Experience Organization with the subject line:
“Order complete: #XXXXXXXX London Experience Week 2026”
This email contains your ticket details, invoice and receipt. If you can’t find it, try searching your inbox (or spam folder) for “World Experience Organization” or “Order complete.”
If you paid via instalments look for an email with the subject line:
“Your receipt from World Experience Organization“
