Colour of Conversation by DODDZ is a living artwork that listens to human conversation and translates its emotional tone into evolving fields of colour in real time. Nothing is pre-programmed. Every moment is shaped by the people in the room.
For this collaboration, Tom Middleton has created responsive soundscapes that support and extend the visual system, forming a unified environment where conversation shapes colour and sound carries it through space.

On the eyes – DODDZ, a multi-award-winning artist and innovator, known for blending art and technology across projects including Disney, Nike and Sony, brings Colour of Conversation to life across The Box and the wider Ministry of Sound.
On the ears – Tom Middleton, composer, electronic music pioneer and neurosensory designer, opened London Experience Week 2026 with Time Echoes, transforming The Box into a powerful multi-sensory environment for deep immersive listening. He will also be DJing at the WXO Experience Disco.
