After more than six years of breaking records and welcoming over 320,000 visitors, Jeff Wayne’s The War of The Worlds: The Experience did something both exciting and essential: they evolved.
On March 12 they unveiled a reimagined version of the experience building on their foundation as the world’s longest-running immersive musical theatrical production, making some fantastic changes including Jeff Wayne featuring digitally in the experience and two of the biggest VR scenes being rebuilt using Unreal Engine.
This year TWOTW are offering back stage tours exclusively for London Experience Week attendees with a focus specifically on the new elements of the experience.
These will be behind the scenes/technical tours without the actors.
For those planning to attend Jeff Wayne’s talk later in the day (2pm @ The Box) this will be a great opportunity for you to see first hand the changes he will discuss live on stage.
Note: LXW26 ticket holders will be given instructions on how to book this experience via the event app.
