B2B is essentially “person to person”. But, humans are complex and naturally the relationships we build are too. 8 years ago, I joined Verity RI as a Relationship Consultant, helping companies to measure, understand, improve and grow their client relationships.
This includes advising on structures to optimise best practice client relationship management, and training teams on relationship skills. I have over 20 years experience in developing and growing both global client relationships and teams for the likes of iris, iris Concise, The Marketing Store and Accenture.
I didn’t always get it right, but I aimed to build relationships with the client as a person, starting with empathy, understanding, and a strong bias towards action. I am a fully qualified coach. I believe that growth potential is in every one of us, in every team, in every company, and in every client relationship.
