Southby Soundscape Studios

Located in central London, Southby’s Hackney studio houses one of the most technically advanced, highest resolution d&b soundscape systems in Europe.

Southby has been at the cutting edge of immersive audio over the last decade, realising global tours (Bjork, Groove Armada), art installations (Serpentine, Centre Pompidou), theatre and classical music.

Managed by Southby’s Head of Immersive Aaron Holloway-Nahum, the studio functions as creative development space, client demonstration suite, and production environment in one. Artists exploring spatial composition, producers pushing the boundaries of immersive mixing and experience, and clients needing to experience next-generation sound design before commissioning a full installation come together to experience the cutting edge of audio in this fully controlled and customisable black box venue.
