Gen Cleary is a pioneering creative director and producer with over 30 years of experience shaping global entertainment and immersive experiences. A key figure in transforming Las Vegas nightlife into a $1.3B industry, she was part of the early movement that brought DJs to the forefront as headline talent and was the “IT” producer for all top residencies on the strip for over 15 years.
She is notably the first creative producer granted the rights to bring Disney’s COCO to the live stage, marking a breakthrough in translating iconic storytelling into immersive performance.
Today, Gen is dedicating her work to exploring how humans can connect with sound beyond hearing, positioning herself at the intersection of wellness, technology, and entertainment. Through her company Sound Tech Connect and its flagship project THE HUM, she is pioneering a new category of sound-driven experiences that translate music into full-body connection, bridging ancestral practices with modern accessibility and innovation.
Her work includes collaborations with global artists such as Calvin Harris, David Guetta, Tiësto, and Kaskade, and shaping landmark destinations including Hakkasan, Marquee, and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. She has also led creative initiatives for Disney, the Olympic Games, Cirque du Soleil, Eurovision, and Michael Jackson’s This Is It.
