Pigalle brings a design approach that looks well beyond simple journey maps or personas. She combines science, pragmatism and spreadsheets, with psychology, philosophy, and the reckless abandon of orthodoxy. Yes, even a dash of ancestral wisdom.
She has created a comprehensive Experience Design process, methods and toolkit underpinned by the latest in scientific research, based on 15 years hands-on practice as a producer working with leading scientists, 12 years teaching at art and design universities in London and Europe, and training teams for global brands such as The Guardian, Unilever, Pukka Herbs,l’Oréal, Ketchum global communications agency.
