Patrick Moran is the Head of Commercial Strategy and Partnerships at Barbican Immersive, bringing over fifteen years of experience in commissioning, developing, and delivering large-scale exhibitions across four continents.
Throughout his career, Patrick has collaborated with world-class venues on five continents and partnered with visionary artists such as Will.i.am, Hideo Kojima, Marshmallow Laser Feast, and Rhizomatiks.
His projects have reached a global audience of over one million visitors, with a curatorial portfolio that includes high-profile exhibitions such as Virtual Realms: Videogames Transformed, Asian Comics: Evolution of an Artform, and Game On.
Beyond his work at the Barbican, Patrick is a dedicated advocate for the independent music scene in the Midlands, serving as a Non-Executive Board Member for Capsule Events, the creators of the Supersonic Festival and Home of Metal.
He is driven by a passion for pushing the boundaries of multidisciplinary and sensory immersive experiences, exploring how emerging technologies can be leveraged to engage and inspire new audiences.
